Back in Business
No tweaked toes today, thank goodness! Nothing super remarkable about this workout. After a day of sitting in my office at the desk, it felt so good to move around for a solid hour. The USC evening SCAQ workouts are getting busier now that summer evenings are in full swing and the sky is bright till 8:30 pm. Our lane had four people in it; last week we had five. Four works but it feels crowded. Oh well…I’m glad more and more people are getting out to swim!
