It's Tuesday
The title says it all. After working all day in front of a computer, I’m extra restless and ready for a swim. The SCAQ swims at USC don’t have many people attending, so tonight I had my own lane to swim in. I imagine that, once the weather and time changes, there will be more, but right now I’m enjoying the quiet and personal coaching I’m getting.
Tonight’s sets were a series of 500s. It wasn’t the hardest of workouts, which I appreciated after the 3100 meter yesterday, but it was solid.
