No Fins Today!

Today was the first time, at least in a very, very, VERY, long time, that I swam twice in a row. Usually my workouts alternate between swim or run. I can’t remember the last time I did a swim/swim or a run/run. My arms felt quite heavy moving through the water, and I decided that I would do the workout without fins and just enjoy swimming for swimming’s sake.
