Half Back

The workout today was fantastic and a great balance between freestyle and backstroke. The coach said to swim free one way, and choose a stroke to swim the other. I decided to do backstroke, and I loved it. I need to do this more often.

  • 350 free warm-up

  • 3 x 100, 50 kick (for each set, alternate lengths with free/back)

  • 2 x 150, 50 kick

  • 300, 50 kick

  • 2 x 150, 50 kick

  • 3 x 100, 50 kick

  • 6 x 50, 50 kick

  • 50 easy free
