Sunrise Water
My new morning swim routine is awesome - once I get to the pool. Getting to the pool is proving to be a challenge, especially on Mondays. Wah wah! When I arrive and see the water, and all the activity going on, and all the people stretching and moving around, my motivation returns.
This morning I decided to swim without fins. Iām barely making a 2:00 100 free in the long lane set-up; I was a 1:45 in short lane. It goes to show you how much you gain from the flip-turn and streamline.
