Monday Evening SCAQ Swim

This swim was a little rough. I didn’t get to the pool over the weekend because I went on a short trip to visit my family. I’m pretty sure I’ve said this before but when I don’t get to swim on the weekend, the Monday swim is a challenge.
At least it was pretty straightforward, workout wise, and I was splitting a lane with someone so wasn’t circle swimming. I was thinking about work the whole time and there is no need to get into that here, so I’ll keep this post short and sweet.
The Workout:
- 350 warm-up
- 9x50, first 3 kick, second 3 breath control, third 3 sprint
- 4x150, 100, 50 free
