A Better Swim
Today’s swim at USC felt better. I think unloading the story of this guy and the way I felt about it was helpful, and I approached this evening’s swim with a better outlook. Our workout only had four swimmer, so each of got our own lane (including the weird vibes guy). I was able to fully concentrate on my own workout.
