Thursday Night is the New Friday

This evening’s swim was long – 2,750 yards! – but it felt so relaxing and easy. I’m grateful I was able to swim twice in Boulder, and I suspect the consistency of workouts kept my swimming edge sharp. Swimming a mile high in the air may have given me a tiny boost, as well. I’m still surprised I was able to swim for as long as I did in Boulder; it makes me think I should give running a try next time I am there.
