Busy Schedules are Driving Me Nuts!

My work and life schedule has been incredibly busy this month and as such, my swim workouts haven’t been as frequent. Which is a bummer! I was very grateful to jump in this evening at the USC SCAQ workout, and was lucky to have a near perfect swim. The workout had several kick sets; I released a lot of tension and stress into that water!

  • 300 warm-up

  • 4 x 100 free, 2 x 100 kick

  • 6 x 100 free, 4 x 50 kick

  • 200 free, 4 x 50 free

  • 200 free, 4 x 50 free
