Hello, Distance!
This evening’s swim was constant, steady, and full of distance. Which was amazing, because Monday night workouts are typically barely breaking 2,000 yards. Tonight was over 2,700! AND….AND!!!!…I didn’t have my fins on. Personal victory!
At this pool, we can jump in a little early before the coach arrives. I had about 10 extra minutes and I took full advantage of them for my warm-up:
